Assistants

Assistants can make requests for rides in an intuitive, easy to use web-interface. They can see the status of all previous requests, including when the request was confirmed, who confirmed it, and which driver was assigned. They can submit change requests anytime, which will alert members of the coordination's team. One assistant can work for multiple executives. Multiple assistants can also work for one executive. Privacy is paramount: each assistant can only see bookings for their executive members.

Coordination

At the heart of the operations, ride coordinators can work with a fast desktop application. Ride requests are accessible in searchable list- and calendar views. Time-line charts help identify potential overlaps in bookings. Google maps and flight-tracking integration help to make informed decisions. Additional features include sending SMS to drivers and posting information to all driver's calendars with one click. What's more, coordinators can take advantage special of out-of-office functionality, manage their fleet of cars, and print reports.

Drivers

Drivers can use an App on the iPhone, iPad or Windows tablet to get realtime access to rides which are assigned to them. The App makes detailed information available, such as passenger details, special instructions, notes, and attachments. Integrated GoogleMap functionality allows them to efficiently check traffic conditions. They can even track the status or arriving or departing flights. What's more, they can add absences and they see what jobs other drivers are currently busy with.
